• The first block is always with the left arm.
  • Both hand fold with fists above the head and to the side.
  • Block by bringing the forearm that is in the back out in front of your face and into an upright position.
  • The other hand chambers with the arm flat with the ground and a straight wrist.
  • Fold with the both fists above the head on the opposite side and repeat the movements above.
