Jeet Kune Do was founded by Bruce Lee. This form of martial arts takes the best of each form and creates one unique fighting system. This style teaches the victim to deal with their attacker as quickly as possible. This form is beneficial to women because they are taught to deal with the situation quickly, which allows them to escape before the situation becomes more dangerous.
